This Traditional cake have been made for the centuries with the same recipe in the city of Khansar, there is no water involve in making and instead the pasteurized milk would be used, the other ingredients that make it super tasty would be the best quality Iranian Saffron from Ghaenat, Rose Water from Ghamsar Kashan and Indian Green Cardamom.
